Your role includes merchandising, stocking, and providing excellent guest service while selling our premium chocolate line. Previous retail experience is desirable. Candidates must be high energy, reliable, possess a strong work ethic, and be able to work all shifts including nights and weekends. Your responsibilities include maintaining the brand image by representing the company correctly. Tasks include cashiering, candy making, stocking merchandise, pre-packing, and fountain duties. Qualifications Pay: $19/hour Provide exceptional guest service Manage cash handling and credit card processing following company procedures Assemble retail items per recipe guidelines Maintain adequate stock of all retail products on the sales floor and in back stock Ensure all products are correctly priced and signed Keep the sales floor and products clean, organized, and well-displayed Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, and company history Use product knowledge to assist guests and upsell Gift-wrap items as needed Follow food safety guidelines and keep all areas clean and sanitary Stock fountain and condiment supplies Keep the stockroom organized and clean Clean windows and mirrors as needed or directed Maintain guest and employee washing facilities Set up, maintain, and break down the fountain area Replenish toppings and fountain items, minimizing waste Maintain proper ice cream flavors and levels Stay knowledgeable of fountain products and recipes Perform topping or scooping duties as needed Participate in semi-table service to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain candy making equipment and supplies in good condition #J-18808-Ljbffr Ghirardelli Chocolate
