Airport Project Manager – LAX
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Onsite at LAX)

We’re looking for an experienced Airport Project Manager to join our team and take the lead on complex projects at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) . What You’ll Do

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of airport capital improvement projects at LAX.
• Coordinate between architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and airport operations.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, building codes, ADA, and LAX operational standards.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and contracts from pre-construction through closeout.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including LAWA, airlines, and public agencies.
• Monitor site work, conduct inspections, and resolve field conflicts quickly and effectively.
• Ensure signage and wayfinding elements align with architectural design and enhance passenger experience.
• Maintain detailed project records, reports, and deliverables.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years in construction project management (aviation or transportation projects preferred).
• Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar projects in active, public environments.
• Background in signage, wayfinding, or architectural finishes is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of construction contracts (AIA, CMAR, GMP) and regulations (FAA, ADA, CAL/OSHA, CBC).
• Skilled communicator with excellent written, verbal, and reporting abilities.
• Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore).
• PMP certification is a plus.

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite at LAX (airport badging and security clearance required).
• Flexibility to work nights/weekends as needed to meet project milestones.
• Previous experience in a live airport or similarly complex operational environment is highly preferred.
