Assemblers Needed - Immediate Opening
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in outdoor power equipment, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler 1st shift to join their team. As an Assembler 1st shift, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the assembly of Zero Turn mowers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler 1st shift

Location: Mayville, WI

Pay Range: $17.25 - $23/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday, 6am – 3pm

What's the Job?

• Assemble components and subassemblies for products on the production line.
• Review assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists to prepare work efficiently.
• Position parts and subassemblies accurately using templates and measurements.
• Fasten parts and verify connections for correct fit and function.
• Maintain equipment and workspace safety standards, ensuring a clean and safe environment.

What's Needed?

• Previous experience working within a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Strong basic math skills and ability to read blueprints.
• Experience with light electrical or heavy equipment assembly is a plus.
• Good hand and finger dexterity for precise assembly work.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent from an accredited institution.
