Job Description

Job Description

Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for commercial real estate? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where tenant satisfaction, operational excellence, and strategic thinking intersect? We’re seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join a dynamic team and help oversee a portfolio of commercial real estate properties. If you’ve worked with Yardi, Angus, and CRM platforms—and know your way around CAM reconciliations—you might be a great fit.

This role offers the opportunity to work alongside seasoned property managers, contribute to high-profile assets, and grow within a company that values innovation, integrity, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tenant Relations & Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, coordinating service requests, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Financial & Operational Support: Assist with budgeting, invoice processing, rent collections, and monthly reporting using Yardi and CRM systems.
  • Vendor & Maintenance Coordination: Oversee vendor performance, schedule repairs and maintenance via Angus, and ensure compliance with service contracts.
  • Lease Administration & CAM Support: Maintain lease files, track critical dates, and support CAM reconciliations and annual budgeting processes.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in commercial property management, specifically in Class A office or retail environments.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Yardi, Angus, and CRM platforms is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with CAM (Common Area Maintenance) calculations and reconciliations is a strong plus.
  • Professional Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven setting.
  • Enthusiasm, team player and an outgoing personality are integral for this role.
