As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you’ll engage with customers, help them find the right products and services, and play an essential role in growing our customer base. Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Actively engage customers to understand their needs and recommend AT&T products and services that best suit them, including mobile phones, internet, and TV services.

  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals and quotas by delivering excellent customer experiences and demonstrating a deep knowledge of AT&T’s products.

  • Product Demonstrations: Show customers how AT&T’s devices, plans, and services can improve their lifestyle, offering personalized solutions.

  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers, helping to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

  • Promotions & Deals: Inform customers about current promotions, deals, and special offers, ensuring they get the best value possible.

  • Data Entry & CRM: Use AT&T’s internal systems to track customer interactions, document sales, and update customer records.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and management to meet individual and store goals while maintaining a positive work environment.

  • Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date on the latest products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Sales Mindset: Motivated to sell and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with others in a team-oriented environment.

  • Tech Savvy: Basic understanding of mobile technology and a willingness to learn about AT&T’s product offerings.

  • Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and solve customer problems, ensuring satisfaction.

  • Positive Attitude: Energetic, upbeat, and passionate about providing great customer service.

  • Previous Experience (Optional): No prior sales experience necessary, but experience in customer service, retail, or a similar role is a plus.

  • Availability: Must be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
