Position Highlights:

• Role: Automotive Diagnostic Mechanic (No diesel, no engine overhauls)

• Pay: $40/hour (book time)

• Guaranteed Hours: 38 book hours/week

• Shop: State-of-the-art facility with a team of 6 experienced techs

• Location: Addison, Illinois

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues across all major makes and models (foreign & domestic)

• Handle everything from check engine lights to drivability concerns—no diesel or major engine tear-downs

• Perform routine maintenance and mid-level repairs efficiently and accurately

• Work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment in a temperature controlled, state of the art auto shop.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–10 years of experience in an independent repair shop (dealership experience welcome but not required)

• Strong diagnostic skills and a solid understanding of modern vehicle systems

• Own your basic tools

• Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
