Excellent local leadership./ppMain Ingredients of the Job:/pulliSafely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled customer delivery times/liliCarefully unload products from the trailer with a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place in designated customer storage areas/liliVerify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures/liliHandle collections and payments from customers when applicable/liliProfessionally perform customer service responsibilities to enhance our client experience/liliPerform all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspection/li/ulpPhysical Requirements:/pulliAbility to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift required/liliComfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift) required/li/ulpWhat You Bring to the Table:/pulliRegister to the FMCSA Clearinghouse/liliMust be at least 21 years of age/liliMust have valid CDL Class B issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications/liliMinimum of six months commercial driving experience or three months commercial driving experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry required/liliAbility to operate manual transmission preferred; may be required in specific locations/liliMust be able to read and communicate in the English language - able to hold a conversation, to understand highway traffic signs and signals, to respond to official inquiries, and to enter information on reports and records./li/ulpUS Foods helps our customers Make It, with products and services that shape the communities where we live and work.
