Brewery Production Teammate - Cool Crafted Beverage We are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate person who is comfortable working in a brewery setting and interested in helping the team all‑round. This versatile position covers brewing, packaging, and all other duties within the BrewLab area reporting to Head Brewer. Qualifications General understanding of brewing operations and warehousing (prior packaging, canning, kegging, and racking experience is a plus). Mechanically minded a plus. Passion for learning new things. Computer literacy a plus. Reliable, communicative, and manages time well. Strong collaborative nature and a positive, can‑do attitude. Must have schedule availability/flexibility to work long and/or odd hours as needed to complete tasks. Responsibilities Perform CIP across all operations. Maintain detailed logs (SOP). Quality control and assurance throughout the process. Stewardship of all brewery equipment, pumps, canning system, etc. and production areas. Heavy lifting (+‑50 lbs) of raw materials required in the brewing process. Troubleshoot with quickness and vigor. Warehouse/BrewLab cleaning and organizing. Physical Demands and Work Environment Frequent bending, lifting, walking, cleaning, crouching, and operating a pallet jack. Ability to carry materials up to 50 lbs during production times.
