Position Overview Responsibilities:Brick Masons: Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and dimensions. Lay bricks, blocks, and other masonry units to construct walls, foundations, and other structures. Mix mortar and drywall compounds according to specifications. Ensure the structural integrity and aesthetic quality of work. Collaborate with other team members and report to site supervisors. Mason Tenders: Assist Brick Masons in all aspects of masonry work. Mix and prepare materials for masonry work. Set up and clean job sites to maintain safety and efficiency. Transport tools and materials as required. Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times. Qualifications:For Brick Masons: Proven experience as a Brick Mason or similar role in construction. Knowledge of masonry techniques, tools, and materials. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials. For Mason Tenders: Previous experience in construction or masonry preferred but not required. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Knowledge of safety protocols in construction.
