As a Business Development Representative (BDR) , you’ll be the face of Aesthetic Roofing, helping homeowners understand their roofing options and scheduling free inspections with our experts. You’ll receive paid training and a bonus for completing it , plus a weekly base pay while you learn the ropes.
This is a high-energy, people-first sales role — perfect for someone who’s self-motivated, goal-driven, and ready to grow into a six-figure career.
Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods to introduce Aesthetic Roofing’s services
Educate potential clients on roofing and storm restoration solutions
Schedule inspections and follow up with homeowners to keep projects moving
Track and manage leads in our CRM system
Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm
Weekly base pay plus uncapped commission
Weekly performance bonuses and training completion bonus
Full paid training program (no experience needed)
