Vaco is hiring! We are seeking outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated individuals to join the door-to-door sales team for one of our valued clients in Lakeland, FL. In this role, you'll introduce homeowners to termite and pest control services, educate them on the importance of prevention, and set appointments for the closing sales division. Full training is provided, and opportunities for advancement are available.

Schedule: M-F 9am - 5pm
Hourly Pay: $18/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Engage with homeowners in assigned territories through door-to-door outreach
• 
  Educate potential customers on termite and pest risks and the benefits of our services
• 
  Generate leads and set qualified appointments for our technicians
• 
  Close sales on-site when appropriate
• 
  Track interactions and follow up with prospects
• 
  Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets
• 
  Represent the company professionally and positively at all times
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 
  Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
• 
  Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation
  

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
