CDL Vacuum Operator - Class A or B (Home Daily) Chalmette, LA

PSC Group is hiring Drivers immediately inside a Refinery where you will be able to be home daily! Drive new, state-of-the-art, company owned equipment! Our drivers earn anywhere from $25.00 to $27.00 an hour, depending on familiarity with equipment!

Work Schedule: 12 Hour Rotating Shift (Days/Nights/Weekends/Holidays)

Pay Range: Starting pay $25.00 with opportunity for advancement

Job Qualifications:

• Must possess a Valid Class A or B CDL Driver's License and with a minimum of 2 years recorded experience
• Air brake, tanker, and hazardous materials endorsements required
• Valid TWIC is required
• Must be able to pass DOT Physical & Hair Follicle drug screen
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operation of the vacuum truck and cleaning processes.
• Performs pre & post trip inspections and logs hours in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Manages equipment, tools, and paperwork required as well as drives the vacuum truck to jobsites as needed.
• Coordinates with Supervisor and Unit Still Person to manage work activities and job scope.
• Completes filter replacement, leaf filter cleaning, and vacuum truck operations.
• Performs JSA's and permitting with the crew and understands safety conditions and hazards.
• Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job
