We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer/Chief Operating Officer to join our team and help drive our organization forward. In this essential role, you will serve as the enterprise integrator, focusing on enhancing daily performance across key functions. You will lead and unify our sales, operations, and commercial departments while collaborating closely with the CEO, CMO, and CFO to turn strategic vision into effective action.
This position requires a proven leader skilled at scaling organizations, improving distributor performance, and developing multi-layered teams. You will own the operating rhythm, from S&OP to market-level execution, and must possess a data-driven decision-making approach with strong financial insight.
Ideal candidates will have at least 20 years of professional experience, particularly in the beer, beverage, or alcohol sectors, with significant multi-market operations expertise. You should demonstrate a solid track record in both sales and operations, along with a deep understanding of national chain management and superior distributor relations.
