Gimlet Labs is seeking a Chief of Staff. As a Chief of Staff, you will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, ensuring the company operates efficiently and scales effectively. You will drive high impact initiatives across multiple functions, including operations, recruiting, finance, marketing, and product. Your role will involve streamlining processes, optimizing workflows, and identifying opportunities for growth. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, cultivating strong relationships with clients and partners to support the companys long-term success.
