We have partnered with a leading GC building a state-of-the-art academic facility for a leading university in the LA County. This multi-story structure will feature modern classrooms, collaborative learning spaces, advanced labs, and sustainable design elements. The project is valued at $75M and will span 24 months from groundbreaking to final turnover.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on DSA / Public Works Projects.
- Strong knowledge of ground-up construction, especially concrete, steel, and MEP systems
- Ability to read and interpret plans, schedules, and specs
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Local to LA or willing to relocate
