Content Moderator (On-site) Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, 89120 ⏳ Placement Type: Contract to Hire (6 months) Pay Rate: $22.00/hour (up to $24.50/hour with a bachelor's degree) Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (flexibility preferred for future expansion to 7 AM - 7 PM or weekends) About the Role Seeking Content Moderators who thrive in tech-driven environments. This is not a traditional call center-our team handles content moderation, fraud investigation, ticketing, and omnichannel support using advanced AI tools. You'll be part of a collaborative, family-oriented culture with strong career pathing into departments like marketing, product, and leadership. Key Responsibilities + Moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines. + Investigate and report fraudulent activity using internal tools. + Respond to customer tickets via phone, chat, email, and ticketing systems. + Troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes. + Escalate critical issues appropriately and document actions taken. + Interpret data and trends to recommend solutions. Must-Have Skills + 1+ year in customer service with experience in: + Content moderation + Fraud analysis & reporting + Ticket resolution + Experience using AI tools professionally + Strong computer literacy and multitasking across systems + Skills: admin, reception, troubleshoot, problem solve, technical support, fraud investigation, escalation, call center, customer support #westpriority25 Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Las Vegas, NV.
