Salary Range: $160,000 - $220,000 per year
Job Description:
The Corporate Associate will handle mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, securities offerings, and general corporate governance. This role involves drafting contracts, conducting due diligence, and advising clients on regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
• JD from an accredited law school
• 3-6 years of experience in corporate law, M&A, or securities
• Strong transactional and client advisory skills
