Our client in the CPG space is looking for a Creative Content Strategist to join their team!

Title: Creative Content Strategist

Location: NYC

Onsite: 5 days/week

Type: Full-time

Salary: $100-130k

What You’ll Do

• Define and drive the overarching creative vision across brand, digital, and social channels, shaping a compelling voice and narrative.
• Develop and lead viral marketing campaigns that seamlessly blend entertainment, education, and innovation to elevate cleaning as an aspirational lifestyle.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and executive leadership to translate strategic goals into culturally relevant creative executions.
• Architect content strategies that captivate varied audiences on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Manage creative teams and coordinate with external collaborators—photographers, videographers, influencers, and agencies—to realize bold and imaginative ideas.
• Identify emerging cultural trends and translate them into pioneering creative opportunities that keep the brand culturally connected and widely shareable.
• Champion innovative experimentation, including user-generated content initiatives, AR/VR experiences, and immersive retail activations.

Who You Are

• An inventive disruptor with 7+ years’ experience in brand storytelling, interactive creative leadership, or content strategy, preferably within CPG, lifestyle, or beauty sectors.
• Deeply knowledgeable about social media platforms, influencer culture, and the mechanics behind content virality.
• A strategic visual thinker who intertwines emotional narratives with tangible brand growth.
• Adaptable and agile, you thrive in fast-paced environments and embrace iteration and calculated risks.
• A collaborative leader who fosters creativity and excels in an energetic, startup-like culture.
