Pecan Jacks is a gourmet Ice Cream & Candy Kitchen located in Santa Rosa Beach. We are passionate about the candies and ice cream we create and the experience our customers have while in our stores. We are looking for full or part-time team members for seasonal and permanent positions in both of our Santa Rosa Beach FL locations.

If you love gourmet candy, chocolates, ice cream and making people happy, this job is for you! You must be very friendly, high energy, positive, and a responsible ice cream lover who wants to have fun sharing your knowledge of sweets with our customers.

You will be responsible for greeting and providing all customers an experience of tasting and learning about our sweets while reaching your sales goals. You will also be responsible for the cleanliness and overall appearance of the store. You must be comfortable with a POS system using iPad technology.

Requirements for this position include

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience preferred in upscale specialty food, drink or retail.
• Ability to learn and retain all product information.
• Must be dedicated and strong service oriented.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Must demonstrate a natural fast pace with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal, written, telephone and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and work on your feet during your shift.
• Must have reliable transportation.
