We are seeking a reliable Remote Data Entry Typist to enter and update information in our digital systems. This is an easy, entry-level position focused on typing, checking documents for accuracy, and maintaining organized records. Training is usually provided, and tasks are repetitive and straightforward.
Type and input data into spreadsheets, databases, or company software
Review typed information for spelling, formatting, or data errors
Compare data from different sources to ensure accuracy
Organize files and keep digital records updated
Follow simple guidelines for data formatting and file naming
Report any missing information to supervisors or team members
Perform basic clerical tasks as needed (sorting digital files, updating logs)
High school diploma or equivalent
Fast and accurate typing skills
Basic computer knowledge (email, documents, spreadsheets)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Prior experience in typing or data entry
Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, or Google Workspace
