We are seeking a professional and personable Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of a pediatric dental practice in Clemson, SC. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in dental or medical office management. Experience with Eaglesoft software is a plus!

This individual will be the “problem solver” of the office and must be able to communicate well with all parties!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day to day operations of the front office ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs for all patients
• Manage the insurance, insurance estimates, and communicate account information and billings/collections when needed
• Manage scheduling of all team members, filling the schedule when needed
• Manage employee conflicts and resolutions
• Help coordinate scheduling of IV sedation at this location when needed
• Implement office procedures for efficiency
• Handle patient concerns, complaints, or feedback with professionalism and care
• Coordinate with staff to support seamless patient flow
• Monitor billing practices, collections, and financial reporting

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in dental or medical office management
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with doctors, patients, and staff
• Strong understanding of insurance billing
• Experience using Eaglesoft is a plus
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Compensation:

• $55,000-65,000 depending on experience

Schedule: On-site, Monday - Thursday 7:45am - 5pm and Friday 7:45am - 1pm
