Job Title: Dispatcher Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery and transportation schedules, ensuring timely and efficient service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be proficient in data entry, and be capable of working effectively under pressure.
Responsibilities - Coordinate and manage delivery and transportation schedules.
- Ensure timely and efficient service to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and other team members.
- Resolve any issues or delays in a prompt and professional manner.

Additional Skills & Qualifications - Previous experience in a dispatch or similar role.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of NA, Maryland.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
