We seek an Epicor Functional Business Consultant to join our consulting team. We are accepting Entry Level candidates for this position, as well as experienced candiates.
This job has the following requirements:
Education: Associates Degree or higher, willingness to travel, knowledge and possible experience in the manufacturing and finance environment. (Knowledge of Epicor ERP software would be preferred).
Strong ability to understand and connect with people from all manufacturing and finance backgrounds, including upper management.
Quick, self-motivated learner who takes initiative and adapts rapidly to new challenges
Skilled in prioritizing tasks to ensure timely and efficiaent completion
Committed to training individuals and groupls with patience and clarity
Skilled in facilitating group understanding through written, verbal and visual communication
Must be well organized and have the ability to translate ideas into action
Energy and confidence to take on problems and challeges
Demonstrate perseverance and accountability from start to finish
