Qualifications: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport virtually. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn from experienced mentors. • Comfortable working independently from home with modern technology (video calls, online tools, digital applications). • No prior insurance experience required — we provide full training and guidance for licensing. • An active life insurance license is a plus, but not required. • Must currently reside in the United States. • This is a 100% commission-based sales position.
