Your Responsibilities:
Contact clients who requested information about life insurance
Explain coverage options and answer client questions
Recommend the best plan based on each client's needs
Guide clients through the application process
Update and manage leads using our CRM system
What You Need:
Excellent communication skills
Positive, professional attitude
Willingness to learn and accept feedback
Self-discipline to work independently from home
Must have or be willing to obtain a life insurance license (we can help)
Compensation:
100% commission-based (1099 role)
Typical earnings: $2,000–$5,000/month for entry-level
Top earners exceed $10,000/month
