Job Description
DMS Environmental Services, LLC is seeking an Environmental Scientist or Geoscientist to support work in our Bellefonte, PA office. Candidate must possess a minimum of 5-10 years’ experience and knowledge of the following: PA Act 2 Program, PA Storage Tank Program, air/water/waste environmental permitting and compliance, PADEP-approved and accepted groundwater fate and transport modeling, and ASTM Phase I/II/III Environmental Assessments.
You will be primarily involved in collaborating with our staff of environmental scientists, geoscientists and geologists by taking the lead and supporting our environmental investigations including the design and implementation of remedial actions for various types of environmentally-impaired properties. In addition, you will be assisting our established clients with environmental compliance, including air, water and waste permitting and permit compliance, development of SPCC, PPC and SPR Plans. As a Project Manager for defined sites, you will have added responsibility of establishing and monitoring project budgets.
Ideal candidate will also have strong knowledge of the investigation and remediation of Manufactured Gas Plant sites.
