Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Marketing Assistant to join our outreach team. As an Entry Level Event Marketing Assistant, you will help represent our nonprofit partners at community events, engage with the public, and inspire action. What Will You Do As An Entry Level Event Marketing Assistant?
Represent nonprofit partners at community events and marketing initiatives to increase visibility and public engagement.
Initiate conversations with attendees to share information, answer questions, and highlight ways to get involved or support campaigns.
Support fundraising and donation initiatives by guiding individuals through enrollment, pledge, or contribution processes that directly impact nonprofit goals.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes to track campaign effectiveness and support future outreach and sales opportunities.
Assist with event logistics, including setup and presentation, to ensure professional and welcoming experiences.
Collaborate with Entry Level Event Marketing Assistant teammates to exchange feedback, improve strategies, and achieve both outreach and sales objectives.
