Job Overview: We are seeking a
Family Medicine Physician to join our busy outpatient practice in
Brooklyn, New York. We proudly
sponsor J1 and H1B visas , providing international physicians with a seamless pathway to practice medicine in the U.S. This role requires
fluency in Mandarin to deliver culturally competent care to our diverse patient community.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions with a focus on preventive care .
- Conduct telemedicine consultations from the office as part of your weekly schedule.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Prescribe medications, interpret diagnostic tests, and educate patients on treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate, compliant medical records using EMR systems .
- Serve as a trusted healthcare advocate within the community.
Qualifications: - MD or DO , Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine .
- Active New York State medical license (or eligibility to obtain before starting).
- Fluency in Mandarin is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide culturally sensitive care .
- Experience in outpatient settings is preferred, but new graduates are welcome .
Work Schedule: - Full-Time: 40 hours per week, with 1-3 weekends per month.
- Part-Time: Minimum of 3 days per week.
Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive Salary: $260,560 - $312,707 (based on experience and qualifications).
