Esser Farms is a mid-size family-owned and operated farm in the Palouse Region of Idaho. We are focused on improving soil health and finding innovative farm practices in collaboration with our agricultural neighbors and the local universities. Our current commodity portfolio includes wheat, peas, lentils, canola, chickpeas and other rotation crops.
Esser Farms is looking someone to join our small farm management team. You will need to be able to successfully complete all aspects of dry land farm operation including truck driving, equipment maintenance, and field operations (planting and harvest). Ability to navigate computer systems (including GPS) is essential to this role. As a team member, you'll have the opportunity to learn agronomy and all aspects of a life growing healthy food.
