Overview:
Interns are responsible for managing assigned specific duties and locations while providing exceptional service for Guests.

Responsibilities:Create positive interactions with Guests and Team Members, promote a friendly environment, and attend to guests' needs in a proactive mannerEducate, reinforce and provide on-the-job training for Team Members concerning food safety, preparation and quality assuranceMaintain a safe work environment and aid in the elimination of hazards within the F&B departmentConduct weekly audits to ensure accurate portioning is being upheld and the proper food safety is being practiced Assist with food preparation by complying with Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations Utilize thermometers to complete food quality check and document the internal temperatures of product dailyEnsure temperature logs are completed in compliance with company guidelinesConduct daily safety and quality assurance inspections in compliance with local health department and company guidelinesWork closely with the local health department representative during inspections to ensure compliance or corrective action is corrected if needed concerning food safety and unit cleanlinessProvide feedback to all levels of management concerning food safety, quality assurance, and safetyEnsure that units are following all product storage and critical point guidelinesAssist at locations xhqgsiq during peak dining hoursQualifications:Minimum age: 18Currently pursuing a degree in Nutrition, Food Service Management, Safety, Health Policy, or related fieldOutgoing, professional, and friendly demeanorDemonstrate good communication and decision-making skillsAbility to train, multi task, work well with others and follow directionsAbility to work, stand and walk for up to 6 hours at a time in all weather conditionsAvailable to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidaysComplete employment between the end of April 2026 to August 2026...Training and Research Meteorologist for International Desks (Bilingual - English/Spanish)... ...Regions III and IV.
