• Greets shoppers, answers questions, and helps them find products
• Pumps gas for full service
• Offers to wash windows and check oil for all full service customers
• Learns list of house account customers
• Learns safety & environmental procedures for operating in a gas station environment & follows protocol
• Accurately rings up house account customers
• Answers phones
• Makes appointments for the garage
• Takes emergency road service requests & dispatches to appropriate person
• Rings up customers for the garage
• Rings up customers for the store
• Keeps track of House Accounts
• Makes sure not to sell any items to underage people
• Cards as necessary
• Learns about new products quickly and makes recommendations
• Unloads daily deliveries and organizes the stock room
• Stocks shelves and displays
• Makes sure that all products are fresh and within the expiration date. Puts items on date order, First in First out
• Cleans and sanitizes assigned area daily, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting
• Ability to work on your own or in a team
• Polite & courteous manner with customers, coworkers, managers & owners
• Follows written and verbal instructions from managers
• Assists with other departments as needed
• Adheres to federal, state, and local food safety and sanitation guidelines and company policies
• Full or Part Time Available
• Full Time, Year-Round Positions are Eligible for Benefits Package
• Experience with handling US currency, making change, operating a register, selling -restricted items is a plus
