As the foremost expert on our customers’ needs and those of the internal teams who support them, you will translate insights into impactful solutions. Success in this role requires building strong relationships with stakeholders, influencing across teams, and leading company-wide initiatives to amplify impact and deliver meaningful results.

Your responsibilities

    • Leveraging your ability to use structured thinking to break down complex problems, define and drive the growth product strategy and roadmap, aligning with company goals and KPIs.

    • Ensure maximum business impact by identifying and prioritizing features and products which improve conversion, efficiency, and reach.

    • Influence overall company strategy by bringing product thinking and insights to leadership stakeholders.

  • Product Execution

    • Write clear and concise product requirements and develop basic but elegant wireframes that make engineers clamor to work with you.

    • Drive product delivery by partnering with marketing, sales, data, design, and engineering to ideate, launch, and measure growth initiatives.

    • Orchestrate flawless product launches by ensuring a high quality bar and achieving maximum adoption by internal teams as needed.

  • Customer Insight

    • Lead experimentation and A/B testing to optimize funnel conversion, deliver an excellent customer experience, and minimize operational friction.

    • Gather insights from internal and external user feedback, web analytics, research, experiments, competitors, and data analysis to understand user needs and synthesize into learnings for the team, and into product plans to deliver on those user needs.

    • Champion UX by partnering with design to build the most intuitive and effective customer experiences.

  • Influencing People

    • Drive stakeholder alignment by (over)communicating and building deep relationships that facilitate trust.

    • Promote the work your team is driving throughout the organization in order to gain buy-in and support.

  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to form hypotheses, define success metrics, and tell stories with data (SQL experience preferred).

  • Exceptional business operations skills with a systematic approach to workflows and customer experience.

  • Able to think deeply about user experience and design, creating simple and intuitive interfaces.

  • Startup experience preferred; thrive in fast-paced environments with a bias toward action and results.

  • MBA or equivalent experience; background in fintech or real estate is a plus.

  • Excellent judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across teams.

  • Highly organized, entrepreneurial, and self-driven, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.

Our benefits

  • Financial wellness: We provide 401K retirement plans for employees as well as guaranteed life insurance and short- and long-term disability coverage.
