Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Duration: 24 Months

Location: Buffalo Regional Office 295 Main St, Ste 545, Ellicott Square Bldg. Buffalo, NY 14203 (Hybrid)

Position Type: Contract

Interview Type: Webcam Only

Responsibilities:

• Provide CONNECTIONS user support via in-person, email and telephone
• Provide direct, on-site instruction to individual users and small groups
• Provide instruction on newly released functionality
• Deliver presentations to line staff
• Monitor compliance with data entry requirements
• Review training materials
• Provide technical assistance with data warehouse

Required Skills:

• 36 months of expereince providing implementation support services.
• 18 months of experince providing onsite systems support in a child welfare environment.
• 18 months of experience in training staff in a child welfare application.
• Bachelor's Degree
