🏦 Loan Officer –

📍 On-site | Scottsdale, AZ

🗓 Start Date: November 3, 2025 (Additional class starts in December)

💼 About the Role:

We are seeking driven individuals to join our team as Loan Officers. This is a fantastic opportunity to launch a rewarding career in mortgage lending with paid training, mentorship, and uncapped earning potential.

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $30,576 annually
• Year 1 Expected Earnings: $85,000–$125,000 (base + uncapped bonuses)
• Bonus Structure: Tiered basis points based on funded loan volume

🕒 Schedule & Location:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• On-site at: 1375 N Scottsdale Rd, Ste 100, Scottsdale, AZ 85257

📋 Responsibilities:

• Train under top-producing Mortgage Bankers
• Apply real sales tactics through hands-on coaching
• Handle warm leads from multiple referral sources
• Use CRM and loan origination systems
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Participate in sales meetings, contests, and incentives
• Thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment

✅ Requirements:

• SAFE licensing (company-paid)
• Bachelor’s degree OR 2+ years in inside sales, service, military, or commission-based roles
• Strong communication skills
• Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• No mortgage experience required – we train you!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $45000.00/yr.
