Qualifications Minimum of 7 years' experience supporting end users in payroll department. Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting multiple Kronos Time Keeping Strong knowledge of time keeping principles and experience with payroll data analysis. Extensive experience with creating and managing complex analytical reports. Demonstrated experience supporting Kronos employee time and leave issues. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Requirements Bachelor's degree in information systems, or related field. Experience with Kronos WFC 8 and UKG Pro Workforce Management Familiarity with integration tools and reporting tools Preferred Skills Progression in CFA or other finance professional certifications.
