About the Role
Laboratory Express is seeking a Laboratory Data Analyst to analyze testing data, generate reports, and support quality improvement initiatives. Perfect for analytical professionals wanting to apply data skills in the growing healthcare diagnostics field.
Key Responsibilities
1. Analyze laboratory test results and identify trends and patterns
2. Create comprehensive reports and dashboards for management and clients
3. Monitor quality control data and investigate statistical anomalies
4. Maintain and optimize laboratory information systems and databases
5. Generate regulatory compliance reports and documentation
6. Collaborate with laboratory staff to improve testing processes and efficiency
7. Support research projects with statistical analysis and data visualization
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in data analysis, statistics, life sciences of related fields preferred.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Proficiency in Excel, database management and statistical software
4. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power B1) a plus
5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
6. No laboratory experience-comprehensive training in laboratory operations and medical terminology
