Grow Through Life Counseling

Job Position: Licensed Outpatient Therapist (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC) - Full-Time Position.

 
This position is not a remote opportunity.

At Grow Through Life Counseling, our therapists provide direct outpatient care.

The Duties Include:

• Providing direct care and outpatient care to a caseload of own clients.
• Collaborate with professional, administrative, and support team staff.
• Interviewing and hiring new associates to the team.
• Attending meetings.
• Handling communications.

Responsibilities:

• Case consults as needed.
• Manage all letter requests.
• Email: communicate with the team in a timely and effective way.
• Respond to non-urgent items within 72 hours or sooner when possible (often).
• Text messages: available via Text from clinical staff (not patients) for emergent matters and respond in a timely way (rarely).

Qualifications Experience:

• Counseling youth and loving this work: 2 years (Required).
• Licensed in CA.
• Willingness to work with couples (preferred).
• Experience with military populations (preferred).
• Ability to clinically supervise and/or desire when able to (preferred).
• Team player (required).
• Bilingual (preferred).
• Telehealth experience (preferred).
• Prior management experience of licensed clinicians.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail.
• Available as needed for urgent matters.
• Experience as an effective outpatient provider.
