D3 Search is actively seeking a Snr. Litigation Paralegal for a respected national law practice with a well-established office located in downtown Los Angeles, CA (90071)

Position Title:

Snr. Litigation Paralegal

• Note: 5+ years previous litigation paralegal experience in a LAW PRACTICE is REQUIRED.

Employer Work Model:

Hybrid 3/2 work model (3 onsite & 2 remote).

Position Summary:

A respected national law practice with a well-established office located in downtown Los Angeles (90071) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Snr. Litigation Trial Paralegal to join their Product Liability and Class Action Litigation Group.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience managing complex product liability and class action cases through all phases of litigation, including trial preparation and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with all aspects of case management and trial preparation, including document organization, witness preparation, and exhibit management
• Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests, responses, and other legal documents, including motions and subpoenas
• Organize and manage large volumes of documents, conduct substantive document reviews, and assist with e-discovery processes
• Coordinate with expert witnesses, clients, and vendors, as well as opposing counsel, during case preparation and trial
• Act as a key support member during trial, managing exhibits, logistics, and technology in the courtroom
• Perform legal research, assist in drafting case summaries, and maintain case-related databases
• Provide post-trial assistance, including preparing settlement documentation and organizing final case materials
• Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal procedures and court rules

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
• 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a focus on product liability and class action cases (automotive industry experience is a plus)
• Significant trial preparation and courtroom experience
• Proficiency in legal software and e-discovery tools (e.g., Lexis, Relativity, CaseMap, TrialDirector)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel and work extended hours during trial periods

Salary/Compensation:

Annual salary/comp. is up to 120K (DOE/DOQ) plus a comprehensive and industry-leading benefits package, generous PTO, hybrid 3/2 work model, generous transportation allowance, yearly reviews, annual bonuses, etc.
