Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate, authorize, and approve loan applications for individuals and businesses.
• Analyze applicants’ financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
• Guide borrowers through the loan process and ensure compliance with lending regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain relationships with clients and provide exceptional service throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Stay current on lending products, market trends, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Loan Officer, Mortgage Loan Originator, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of lending procedures and applicable regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with loan origination software.
• Valid NMLS license required (or willingness to obtain).
