WCS Healthcare is urgently seeking an inpatient registered pharmacist for a prestigious health system located in NYC.

Job Function:

\n

• Day Shift, Evening Shift and Night Shift.
\n
• 4x10: 7:30am - 4pm./3:30pm-11:30pm/ 10pm-8am.
\n

• Prepare and dispense medications accurately and in a timely manner.

  \n
\n

• Provide pharmacological information and support to the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

  \n
\n

• Monitor patient drug therapies and recommend adjustments based on clinical guidelines and patient-specific factors.

  \n
\n

• Resolve questions related to formulary and non-formulary medications in accordance with established policies and procedures.

  \n
\n

• Offer dosing and therapeutic recommendations that reflect patient age and pharmacokinetic considerations.

Job Requirements:

\n

• 2 years of Inpatient exp. required.
\n
• NYS Licensed.
\n
• EPIC and Pyxis experience required.
\n
