Responsibilities \n - Work in a safe manner
\n - Utilize NX CAD/CAM software to create process plans and NC programs for turbine engine and gas compressor components.
\n - Create routing and BOM's in MRP system (Infor BAAN)
\n - Develop and document manufacturing processes
\n - Work with shop floor to improve programs and processes
\n - Work with Manufacturing Engineering and Operations to implement new products
\n - Design work holding for machining centers and lathes using NX CAD/CAM Software
\n - Work with QA department to develop inspection plans for new parts
\n - Facilitate disposition of non-conforming parts
\n

Requirements \n - Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline +5 years relevant experience or High school diploma (GED or equivalent) + 10 years of relevant experience
\n - Solid modeling experience (NX preferred)
\n - Experience with multi-axis NC programming using a solid model-based CAD/CAM system (NX preferred)
\n - Experience supporting model-based definition parts
\n - Ability to work hands on with shop floor
\n - Ability to read/understand blueprints and GD&T
\n - Demonstrate good problem solving, analytical thinking, and decision making
\n - Experience designing fixtures with solid modeling CAD software (NX preferred)
\n - Strong machining background
\n - Ability to read and understand G-code programs
\n - Strong work ethic
\n - Must possess good interpersonal skills to work with key stake holders.
\n - Works well with team and individually

Summary Pay Range: $87,456.00 - $131,184.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
