Emerging Massage Therapist – Maison Papillon | Spokane, WA

Maison Papillon is Spokane’s destination for clinical-luxury wellness — blending advanced lymphatic drainage, fascial counterstrain, and restorative spa experiences into one integrative practice. Our studio is built on compassion, curiosity, and continual learning. Every session we offer is designed to support healing, sculpting, and nervous system balance.

Position Overview

This role is designed for massage therapists at the beginning or early stage of their careers who want to master advanced bodywork in a supportive, high-end environment. You’ll begin with our core massage and lymphatic protocols and receive structured training toward advanced techniques such as:

• Lymphatic Drainage for detox and aesthetic care
• Fascial Counterstrain (FCS)
• Post-operative and Sculpting Bodywork
• Somatic and nervous system-based touch

Maison Papillon offers mentorship directly from experienced clinical providers — helping you build skill, confidence, and a long-term career in therapeutic bodywork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality massage sessions focused on flow, presence, and client results.
• Learn and integrate advanced techniques through guided mentorship.
• Maintain accurate SOAP and charting notes within Jane App.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients before, during, and after sessions.
• Support the serene, elevated atmosphere of the studio.

Qualifications

• Washington State LMT License (or pending license).
• Professional demeanor, warm communication skills, and curiosity to learn.
• Interest in clinical, lymphatic, or post-operative work.
• Reliability and integrity — we value consistency as much as skill.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing education and feedback sessions.

Compensation & Growth

• Pay Range: $30–$40 per hour (DOE) + tips + bonuses.
• Mentorship Track: 90-day apprenticeship period with hands-on training and performance feedback.
• Advancement: Eligible for promotion to Senior Therapist upon mastery of lymphatic and counterstrain foundations.
• Retail discounts and free access to select in-house treatments.

Schedule

Flexible part-time or full-time opportunities.

Morning, afternoon, and limited weekend shifts available.
