\n Pay Rate: $22.65/hr                        Duration: 1/26/26 thru 12/31/26
\n
\n Hours: 5:30 am - 4 pm Monday - Thursday
\n(OT on Fridays as needed)
\n
\n **Those with very developed fine motor skills like knitting or sewing skills are encouraged to apply***

\n No experience required - will train!!!

What’s a typical day as an Assembly Technician? You’ll be:

\n\n

\n\t
• Assembling small medical device components and products accurately according to work instructions and diagrams.\n\t
• Inspecting finished goods for quality assurance and promptly reporting any discrepancies.\n\t
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation to ensure efficiency.\n\t
• Meeting daily production goals and timelines while communicating effectively with team members and supervisors.\n\t
• Consistently following safety protocols and company policies.\n

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

\n\t
• Possess high school diploma / GED\n\t
• Have some experience in assembly, soldering or manufacturing (preferred, but not required).\n\t
• Possess strong attention to detail and manual dexterity\n\t
• Have excellent hand / eye coordination\n\t
• Have basic computer and scanning / data entry skills\n\t
• Are able to read and follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy.\n\t
• Able to read / write in English\n\t
• Excel as a team player with excellent communication skills.\n\t
• Demonstrate reliability in attendance and punctuality.\n\t
• Show willingness to learn new processes and adapt in a fast-paced environment.\n
