Orchards Veterinary Clinic is searching for a skilled veterinarian to lead our small animal practice in Vancouver, WA.

As our current Medical Director plans his retirement, you willhave the opportunity to take over ahospital that has been a staple in our community for more than 40 years. In this role you will also build upon our hospital's current strengths, while elevating our services and encouraging new business ideas.

We're searching for:

• Strong leadership skills
• 5+ years of current, hands-on, clinical experience
• Love for teaching and a willingness to mentor others
• Veterinarian who trusts their technician and support teams
• Well-versed in small animal surgery (advanced soft tissue surgery is a plus!)
• Commitment to lifelong learning and staying on top of the latest industry developments/tools

As our Medical Director, you'll help build out our services and oversee all policies/procedures, ensuring our hospital exceeds expectations and medical standards. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday role (4-10s). We're happy to accommodate NO emergency, or on-call hours .
