Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and fabrication, is seeking a dedicated Mig Welder to join their team. As a Mig Welder, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the assembly and welding of metal components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Mig Welder

Location: Spruce Pine, NC

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 1st (7:00am-3:30pm)

What's the Job?

• Read and interpret precise measurements using a tape measure to ensure accurate welding.
• Perform MIG welding on various metal components according to specifications.
• Handle physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Push and turn heavy materials weighing up to 500 pounds occasionally.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety standards and protocols.

What's Needed?

• Basic knowledge of welding techniques and safety procedures.
• Ability to read measurements accurately on a tape measure.
• Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy materials.
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment.
• No fluency in English required; all candidates are encouraged to apply.
