Job Title: MIG Welder and Fabricator Location: Eagan , Minnesota Job Description

Join our team as a MIG Welder and Fabricator, working on both structural and non-structural components, primarily using aluminum and structural steel. This role focuses on MIG welding for custom greenhouse frames and includes fabrication tasks such as cutting and prepping metals for shipment, along with general shop support.

• Perform MIG welding on aluminum and structural steel for custom greenhouse frames.
• Assist with fabrication tasks including cutting and preparing metals for shipment.
• Collaborate with crews and subcontractors on commercial projects.
• Travel locally and regionally (3–5 days on the road), with travel pay and per diem provided.
• Adhere to project schedules and timelines.
• Use hand and power tools (e.g., tape measures, drills, hammers).
• Regularly work from blueprints and schematics.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Proven MIG welding experience, especially with aluminum.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Willingness to travel for projects.
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
