We are seeking a highly organized, adaptable Personal Assistant to support an entrepreneurial married couple and their children. This role combines business administrative tasks and household/lifestyle management. Responsibilities Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings. Oversee business administrative tasks such as file organization, applications, and phone calls. Childcare (ie. pick up/drop off, overall transportation). Run general business and personal errands Qualifications Prior experience with business administrative roles, household management, and working with children. Proactive and resolves potential issues with an anticipatory service mindset. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. Proficient with scheduling and organizational tools such as Google Suite and Microsoft Excel. Valid driver’s license, clean record, and has a reliable personal vehicle. Well-rounded and multifaceted. Thrives in a fast-paced environment. Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
