Position Purpose:
As a Commercial Plumber with KC Services, you’ll provide exceptional service to our plumbing clients by performing installations, maintenance, and repairs. Your technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer-first mindset will help ensure both your success and the company’s overall growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel daily to customer locations across Central Indiana for plumbing services.
Perform commercial plumbing tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of systems.
Operate drain machines, jetters, and other plumbing tools to complete tasks efficiently.
Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues independently while prioritizing daily goals.
Communicate professionally and courteously with customers and office staff.
Accurately complete and submit all required paperwork on time.
Participate in an on-call rotation schedule (details provided during the interview).
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2 years as a plumbing technician with hands-on experience in commercial plumbing.
Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and customer service abilities.
License: Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Team Player: Ability to work independently and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
