Plumbing Sales Consultant to join our growing family.

What You'll Do - Meet with customers to understand their plumbing needs and recommend customized solutions.
- Present detailed proposals, product options, and financing plans in a clear, professional way.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience from first contact through installation completion.
- Collaborate closely with plumbing technicians and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals while maintaining the highest level of integrity.
- Maintain organized and accurate records within our CRM system.
- Stay up to date on Del-Air's products, promotions, and plumbing innovations.
What You Bring - 2+ years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, or home service sales (preferred).
- A professional, customer-first attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical understanding of plumbing systems is a plus - but we'll train the right person.
- Strong time management and follow-up skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
