Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our company’s public image and strengthening relationships with our stakeholders. As a Public Relations Associate, you will work closely with the PR team to execute strategies that enhance our brand presence both online and offline.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and distribution of press materials, including press releases and media kits.
• Support the planning and execution of PR campaigns and events to promote the company's services.
• Maintain updated press contacts and build relationships with media representatives.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage, preparing summary reports for the team.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather information for PR initiatives.
• Manage the organization’s social media presence and online reputation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in public relations or communications, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their impact on brand perception.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PR management software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
